The Scripture says, “The peace of God, which passes understanding, will guard your heart and mind in Christ Jesus.” When you have peace, it guards you. It keeps you from fear, worry, doubt.

  God sees what you’re going through. He knows what wasn’t fair: the lonely nights, the pain, the heartache. The Scripture says, “He’s collected all of your tears.” He’s been right there with you. He’s not going to leave you brokenhearted.

  God accepts and approves you right where you are: faults, mistakes, shortcomings, and all. He knows you’re on a journey. He’s changing you little by little. He accepts you. Now, you have to accept yourself.

  Don’t fear people; fear God. If people don’t approve of you, that’s not going to stop your purpose. What will stop you is if you let their opinion become more important than what God has put in your heart.

 When someone hurts you, does you wrong, if you keep thinking about it, then you’re letting them continue to hurt you. Don’t give them your power. You have to let it go. Give it to God.

  God knows how to make rivers in the desert. He knows how to pay you back for the wrongs. It looks like a setback, but really, it’s a setup for God to show out in your life.
